RILC is a one-day training event designed to equip rural and small town pastors and leaders in the nurture of thriving rural congregations.
All plenary and workshop presenters are experienced practitioners. With leadership being provided by NWC pastors and staff in partnership with Oak Hills Christian College, this event is for all who serve the rural and small town church.
